2011 CHS FOOTBALL PARENT VOLUNTEER SCHEDULES
PARENT VOLUNTEERS are the key to ensuring a successful program. Without our parent volunteers, we cannot raise the money to operate the programs required for a championship caliber team. We applaud you and your commitment to ensuring that your player and the CHS Football Team has a successful year!
Parent volunteers are asked to sign-in at the concession stand on the date and time assigned. Records are updated weekly and shared with the CHS Football coaching staff and administration.
2011 CHS FOOTBALL PARENT VOLUNTEER SCHEDULES will be posted to the website and emailed out prior to the start of the season. Please be sure to check for your assigned dates/times.
PLEASE, If you are unable to volunteer during your assigned time, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH ANOTHER FOOTBALL PARENT/ADULT TO COVER YOUR SHIFT. A lot of preparation goes into planning for coverage to ensure our guests are served quickly and efficiently. To make a change, simply have your replacement write-in their name next to your name on the concession sign-in sheet on the day you are assigned so that we can update our records accordingly.
Weekly email reminders will be sent to the assigned volunteers along with more detailed information.
